My client at African Mining and Crushing contacted me in regards to building new offices and a workshop that would completely replace the existing outdoor workshop and office. Bisho Steel was responsible for the steel works on the main building. The building had to accommodate a lift among other specified features which included:

● Reinforced concrete floor that supports 70-ton mobile crushers and a gantry crane that can lift up to 30 tons.
● The building has an onsite sewage treatment plant that recycles black- and greywater, which is used to water the gardens.

A wash bay and storage facility were added at a later stage for which Matlacon erected the steel works.
